A Back Order resulting from an order received via this Portal or any other means of communication, will remain open unless otherwise notified in writing at orders@gameguard.com.
Back Orders will remain open for a period of no more than eight months before automatically closing. If you have an item on back order and would like an extension, please notify us at orders@gameguard.com so we may make note of your request.
A notification will be sent to Credit Card customers, prior to shipping, informing you of the return stock if the customer has signed up for email alerts for the product. If payment is not received within five business days, we will close the back order without further notice.
Credit card customers are required to keep a valid card on file to maintain backorders and, if not received within 48 hours of placing an order, the backorder becomes subject to be closed.
Customers with a no Back Order Policy have the option of all back orders closing after initial shipment by emailing us at orders@gameguard.com.
